General terms of use

1. Preamble

1.1 CONSTELLACOM (the “Operator”, “We”) operates the following brand, service and website:

- Readytoprint.ai, a web application for the compliance of files intended for printing.

(each a “Service”, or together the “Services”). The Operator develops and sells the software solutions available through each Service.

2. Acceptance of the Conditions

2.1. By accessing and using the Service, the Customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) without reservation or restriction. If the Customer does not accept the GCU, the Customer must not use the Service.

3. Access to the Service

3.1. The Service can only be accessed online via an Internet connection. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the internet connection necessary to access the Service.

3.2. The creation of multiple accounts for the same person is not permitted.

4. Use of the Service

4.1. The Customer undertakes to use the Service in accordance with the laws and regulations in force, as well as with these GCU. The Customer shall refrain from any abusive or fraudulent use of the Service.

4.2. The Customer is responsible for the confidentiality of his login and all actions carried out under his account.

5. Rights of use

5.1. The Customer acquires a non-exclusive, non-transferable, time-limited right to use the Service in accordance with these TOU and GTC.

6. Intellectual property rights

6.1. All elements of the Service (text, images, software, etc.) are the exclusive property of the Operator. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the Service is prohibited without the prior written authorization of the Operator.

7. Personal data

7.1. The processing of the Customer's personal data is governed by the Service's Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

8.1. The Operator shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by the use of the Service, except in the case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

8.2. The Customer is responsible for his use of the Service and for the consequences of such use.

9. Modifications to the GCU

9.1. The Operator reserves the right to modify these TOU at any time. The new GTU will be published on the Service website and will be applicable immediately after publication.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

10.1. These TOU are governed by Austrian law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these TOU shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toulouse, France.
